Before I could start planning for my music video I had to find an artist that would give me permission to use their original music. I stumbled across Jay Loftus on the internet and listened to his music. My favourtie amongst his many songs were Fortune Cookie as I felt that the genre and style of the song would be a good concept for a music video. Jay is from New York so I contacted him via e-mail to get his permission to use his music:
I then got an email from his record label that sent me a contract to sign conforming that I could use Jay's music.
