A2 Coursework: Risk Assessment

I have created a rick assessment in order to show the potential risk and danger that could have affected my filming and how I avoided them.

 Location:
Possible risks to health and safety of you and the equipment:
 How I avoided issues:
 Visual Evidence:
 Park/Open Space.
 - Muddy/slippery surfaces

-Holes in the grassy areas.

-There were holes in the grass that made the tripod unstable.
So I made sure I stayed on the path and that the equipment wasn't in the muddy areas as it was hard to have a stable tripod in the grass as it wasn't levelled.

 Park/Open Space
  - Branches

- Slippery mud
-I had to move branches that where in the way and made sure that I didn't stand in the mud when I was filming as it was very slippery and messy and could have caused potential physical harm is anyone was to slip.

 Train
 - Litter on the floor became obstructions and tripping hazards

-The gap between the train and platform

-Stairs
- Moved all the litter on the carriage floor and disposed of them appropriately this created less tripping hazards.

- Very careful when moving on and off the train so we wouldn't hurt ourselves or damage the equipment.

- We're carful when moving equipment down and up the stairs.
